WHAT IS PILATES
Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, balancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. It will also improve your posture achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility. The core of the method is awareness of your own body and each and every exercise is built around its 8 key principles:

WHO CAN DO PILATES
Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and is particularly recommended for those who suffer from chronic back pain, sports injuries, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, repetitive strain injury and stress related injuries. It is also beneficial for dancers, athletes and people who enjoy golf, tennis and other physical activities

WHAT WE OFFER
At Pure Pilates lessons can be taken in the studio in one to one or duo sessions, using the original apparatus such as the reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair and the ladder barrel. Or in a small mat class with a maximum of three people using small pilates accessories such as the magic circle, resistance bands, foam rollers, stability balls and light weights.
